I offer one-on-one executive coaching services for:
- C-Suite Executives and their High Potential Direct Reports.
- Senior Investment Professionals (Investment Bankers, Private Equity Professionals, Hedge Fund and Asset Managers)
After an initial two hour face-to-face session, focused on sharing of backgrounds, identifying issues and goal setting, phone or in-person one hour coaching sessions take place three to four times per month.
As the coaching progresses, the length and frequency of the calls is subject to change. Please note that I require a minimum three-month commitment.

My leadership coaching services are similar in format to executive coaching, with an emphasis on leadership development and leadership effectiveness.
A significant element of leadership coaching is the client’s undertaking a Leadership Circle™ Profile 360 Leadership Assessment. Much of the coaching post-assessment takes place in the context of the client’s Leadership Circle™ Profile.
Another option is to provide the client with peer feedback through a qualitative 360° interview process, which becomes the foundation of the Leadership Coaching Plan.
Leadership coaching is targeted at those members of your organization who are already in leadership positions. Benefits of leadership coaching are:
- Focuses client’s development on key competencies;
- Identifies client strengths upon which to build;
- Reveals the impact of the client’s leadership style on others;
